Interview
Initial phone screen by VP Sales. Then brought in to do a sales presentation in front of (5) people, including the CEO. After giving me every indication they were interested in hiring me and asking for references which I provided, they never called any references. About 10 days later got a rejection letter. Requests for feedback were ignored.

Interview
You are interviewed by everyone at the san francisco office: the ceo only hires people he feels "like family" with.
You are basically grilled for 3-6 hours by everyone in the company about everything they do and that they hope you to know.
