Interview
completed the online assessment of multiple choice question then went for the one on one interview. My roleplay topic was the missing cake, you are presented with special offers in the booklet with which to shows your knowledge of add on sales and giving details of other stores ( hint use both of those details). Read the booklet very closely to pick out the main details. Very friendly and easy going interviewee then had a short talk with a manager who asked the normal interview questions, why m&s? what service would you expect if you walked into m&s to buy something today etc etc.

Interview
Filled out an online application which included answering multiple choice questions about how I would deal with different situations with customers for example helping a customer who looks confused, dealing with conflict with a customer. Invited to interview stage where I did a role play involving an unhappy customer who had ordered a cake for a friend's birhtday but it hadn't arrived. Relatively straightforward to apologise for the mistake and to offer a voucher to spend in store on an alternative cake.

Question 1
The questions were very predictable, why do you want to work for m&s, what makes you right for the role etc, explain an example of when you've given good customer service. The interviewer was encouraging and wanted you to do well. The most difficult part of the process was the role play.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (Vilna) in Sep 2012
Interview
My friend (she is still working there) brought my CV to the office and I got a call from them after one week. They invited me for an interview. I came 15 minutes early and had to wait for the exact given time (shop manager even said that she hates people who come too early for an interview). Whole interview was a piece of cake, there weren't very difficult questions. Typical questions were: how long do you want to work, what do you know about our company, are you afraid to work overtime etc.
