I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (Vilna) in Sep 2012
Interview
My friend (she is still working there) brought my CV to the office and I got a call from them after one week. They invited me for an interview. I came 15 minutes early and had to wait for the exact given time (shop manager even said that she hates people who come too early for an interview). Whole interview was a piece of cake, there weren't very difficult questions. Typical questions were: how long do you want to work, what do you know about our company, are you afraid to work overtime etc.

I applied online. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer
Interview
The interview was very informal - more like a chat. Got asked about my previous work experience from my cv and the skills I gained from those experiences, Lasted around 10-15 minutes.
I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (Bristol, Inglaterra)
Interview
Was nice and simple - and the questions were good and they were really engaging in everything I was saying felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. Loved it everyone should apply to marks and Spencer’s big up
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (Cumbernauld, Scotland) in May 2026
Interview
The interview itself was very awkward, with no formal start to it from the person that I spoke to. I went into the store and asked the only person who didn't look busy, that person ended up being my interviewer however he didn't tell me that until we sat down in an office and the interview started. It really confused me which I think affected my performance
