I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer in May 2012
Interview
A lady with a British accent from the company called to schedule the first round interview, followed by an interview invitation email. The interview took place at the Marks & Spencer office in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui. There were around 7 people in the group and we were to conduct group discussion on some case study questions. Each of us was given a case study packet and around 15 minutes for preparation. After the preparation time, we were led into a room with 4 observers sitting in different corners. We were seated in a circle at the center of the room and started our discussion on two case study questions. After the discussion there was a briefing on the upcoming stages of the interview process and then we were allowed to leave.
