Very slow and unresponsive. They say they are in hurry, they they do not respect time. The assignment is not specific and they will accept you if you can show any output. The interviewer too did not ask any questions. All the questions are do you know this and that is it. Ikea should respect time of the applicant and not give such broad assignment. It will definitely take 4 he's to complete the assignment.

Question 1
The questions were simple, do you know this programming language? Do you know devops basic work? It is not an interview that you expect usually. Tech wise the interviewers have very less experience. There is no respect for time. Even the assignment is not 100% clear, it just states, build an inventory management system.

Interview
The interview was a 45-min phone screen with a recruiter. It was clear that the recruiter was given a list of very broad requirements (do you know how to write unit tests? do you know deveops? do you know agile?) and was just going through them like a robot.
