First recruiter will reach out to you understanding experience and skills. Then the first round will be Hiring Managerial Round, understanding our core technical competencies and our mindset.
Then we'll get an assignment to complete, I find the assignment very hard, we need to complete in couple of days and push it github for them to review. Then there'll be discussion on that assignment, tradeoffs etc.

The process is professinal, and interviewers are nice. But Ikea digital hub don't pay much attention to the technology now, because most mangers prefer to flatter on their leaders.I think it's so bad, and if you don't maintain the relationship with your manager, you must be released some day.

Standard HR interview Then got a call with an EM, in which he made me questions about the definition of devops and talked about the phoenix book I asked him if on call was necesary and the weekends and he told me he didnt know After this I decided to stop the interview process because I was not impressed, and honestly Im not applying to IKEA because I want to do on-call.
