I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Humana (Boston, MA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Filled out an initial assessment, and then another list of screening questions. Screening questions related to how you've had experience in the field, why you feel like a good fit for the position, what the job would mean to you, etc. Completely ghosted for 2 months and then get an auto-generated rejection email. Unprofessional and classless, especially after applying with an employee referral too. Red flag.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Aug 2021
Interview
After the processes were completed with the third party (not rated here), I did an initial video interview with two people for about an hour or so. We then did another interview for an hour and a half a week later. A couple of days later, an offer and acceptance came!
I applied online. I interviewed at Humana in Mar 2021
Interview
I had a 30- minute interview with the hiring manager. It went well so I was moved forward for two more 30-minute interviews with PMs and told by HR from there it would be a case and one more behavioral. When I didn't hear back positively or negatively I reached out twice over the course of two weeks and never heard anything back from the company. Really disrespectful when I had put in the time to meet with 3 people.
