I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Humana (Boston, MA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Filled out an initial assessment, and then another list of screening questions. Screening questions related to how you've had experience in the field, why you feel like a good fit for the position, what the job would mean to you, etc. Completely ghosted for 2 months and then get an auto-generated rejection email. Unprofessional and classless, especially after applying with an employee referral too. Red flag.

Question 1
Related experience in the field, why you're a good fit for this position, what the position would mean to you, etc.
Human Resources pre-screening and Manager interview. Both were the same week and easy. Humana uses the STAR Method for their interviews but at the same time very friendly and basic questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a challenging situation with a stakeholder and how did you managed it.
Quick interview process. 3 rounds pretty standard questions second round was with stakeholders that I would be working with. I think it varies team to team depending on manager though

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you experienced friction in a decision and how did you handle it.
It was a recruiter interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. It was a virtual interview and I ended up getting the job. It was a pretty good job. Great boss.
