Interview
Had a phone interview in December, the store manager said she'd like to see me for a face to face interview, yet never heard anything back until February.. went in for the interview, which was around 40min long and was asked to come in the following day for a practical interview where I had to VM a section of a department. A very long process, and never even heard anything back from them after the two interviews.

Question 1
If you had to VM a department without a guide, how would you start?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2016
Interview
Process is extremely similar to what other reviews on here say. If it's similar to this order, you're on the right track.
1. Phone Interview - Simple, could be anywhere from 10-45 minutes, depending.
2. Meet and Greet - Will be different depending on location but it's to see whether your personality fits with their culture
3. Assessment Center - Determination of your abilities in group exercises and it is a lot of fun
4. Job Offer
The only thing I can say is to just be yourself. This company really believes in people and that everyone could have a place in the company, as long as your willing to grow and develop with them. It does take a while for the whole process, and is entirely unconventional. I never needed to sell myself like you would for a normal interview.
