H&M Visual Merchandiser interview questions

I applied online for a VM position and was contacted a few days later by the regional VM manager, who invited me in for an interview, despite the propmptly reply she missed my message stating that I was free, she send me another email the following day where she apologised about not getting back to me, then told me to wait for a call for the Visual manager from my local store. Sure enough she called me the day after asking me to go in to meet her. The whole process was pretty fast, it took around two weeks, the visual manager was really friendly and polite, she asked me lots of questions regarding my knowledge of H&M and hypothetical scenarios in VMing, After that they called me in a second time, and asked me to pick 3 outfits for 3 different H&M customers, they gave me 45 minutes of time, then I presented them and received feedback about my way of presenting and the outfits themselves. After that the manager told me she'd let me know by "Friday" (had the shopfloor test on Wednesday) And she called me up and offered me the job. All in all it was a very nice experience, which I didn't expect because I tried to apply for H&M for a long time, always ending up without an interview, so I'm pretty happy and I'm gonna start my new job on Monday

First, you need to apply online. Then, they schedule the phone interview with some general questions. If you pass that, there is an Assessment centre for candidates. You are 5-6 in the room and you get the inspiration photo of some fashion style or time (like 60`). You get the mannequin as well that you need to dress up after you pick the outfits. Your task is to pick outfits similar to the one in the photo and describe why did you pick it.
