H&M Store Manager interview questions

Was brought in with a panelist who facilitated a couple activities to test your leadership skills and operational abilities. We were brought in as a group and would listen to eachothers answers. this was at their head office and at the final stage of the interview

as other company they let me introduce myself , tell about background , the strength and weakness point then do some Q&A such as how to handle in hard case , something like that then ask more question such as why you want to work with us . during the interview seem like we talk with friend talk and share the idea together .
