H&M Store Manager interview questions

It was a 3 step process. Initial phone screen where they asked high level questions about my background then second interview that was virtual with an HR Manager where they had more specific questions geared around the job role and how you lead people and deliver customer experience and then a final interview with the Area Sales manager that had very targeted scenario questions on how I would handle specific situations both operationally and employee relations. It was followed up by a JO in 24 hrs.

it waDuring the interview, the interviewer's demeanor was very very friendly and calm, when she conveyed something important, it was delivered very clearly as well. so that we as a candidate are able to understand clearly to convey our opinions and answer these questions. s great and due the interview
