H&M Sales Associate interview questions

Nothing special. Manager asked general questions about my work history and how I thought it would apply to their store. She was much younger than me and seemed she was trying to mimic what she thought management material should conduct themselves as. Rather than assessing my professional and interpersonal skills. So it was hard to relate. Perhaps she may have been having a bad day. One can only speculate.

Applied online. Got a call back from someone on the HR team 2 weeks later. Had a short phone interview. They ask basic questions, nothing too hard. After the phone interview they scheduled an instore interview with two people from HR. The interviewers are very nice. It's very laid back, and not intense at all. Very standard H&M questions. After that they send you on your way.
