H&M Sales Associate interview questions

They have 3 sometime 4 steps for the interview process. first is the phone interview, Then you have a interview with a supervisor. Then after that you get a interview with a supervisor and some kind of manger.Finely they will call you in for the job offer if you haven't did so already in step 3.

Two stages of interview - phone and in person interview Got a call back not even 24 hrs after I applied. The interview was short and asked basic personal questions like sch and why I wanted to work there. I was then set up for a second interview in person The interview was about 30 mins with two managers, which was kind of intimidating. I wasn't really sure where to look which made me kind of nervous and is probably why I didn't get the job. They send out emails to candidates that don't get the job which is great. Don't be nervous and be prepared to be interviewed by two people. Keep eye contact strong and don't stray or you will seem unconfident. This interview is definitely not as easy as others that I have done previously. Make sure you know about the company.. they really try their best to pick the right candidates, which is nice. Also be prepared to be asked some personal questions such as sch, where you see yourself in 5 years, etc. They really want to know about your personality
