I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2015
Interview
I went for a job fair. It was pretty casual. There were many people who are processing interviews and I had to wait for minutes. The manager came to me for an interview. He started to say hello and introduce himself and it went really well. But the interview was pretty long than I had expected. He asked me about 10 questions. I tried to answer what I think of. I think they really care about my previous experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Melbourne) in Mar 2014
Interview
There were 2 interview processes, both were group interviews and very fun. They require you to do group activities, answer questions as a team about how you would handle certain situations and there is some role play involved. The first interview was held by a recruitment agency and after a few days I was then invited to the second round interview where I was able to meet some of the department managers who would also be training me if I were to get the position. The interviews were very casual, focused mainly on your personality, your professionalism, ability to work in a team and also, if you had any leadership qualities.

Question 1
How would you prioritise the following situations and why? They gave you a list of 8 or so situations that would require your attention, some were in regards to health and safety, others to logistics, others with management.
I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Plymouth, Inglaterra) in Feb 2015
Interview
Worst recruitment process ever experienced. After what I thought was a great interview, I was told that unsuccessful applicants would get an email, and successful (to next phase) would get a phone call. Heard nothing for a week so phoned in, an associate said I was on list to call later (hooray I thought). Never got that call and for the following week I tried to phone about my interview results. Was constantly told to ring back, put on hold or told they'd get in touch. Finally got through to manager and I hadn't made it through after all. Gives a clear idea of how that Plymouth store is run ;)
