Unprofessional Recruitment Process
I successfully passed the initial screening interview and was invited to a second-stage interview. Upon accepting the invitation, I reiterated my salary expectations, as they had not been clearly addressed in the initial conversation. Shortly thereafter, the second-stage interview was abruptly cancelled on the grounds that my expectations exceeded their budget.
I followed up with a polite inquiry asking for the salary range of the role to assess whether there was room for alignment. Unfortunately, I received no response and was subsequently ghosted by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
The overall experience felt disorganised. The Talent Acquisition Manager appeared quite junior and did not seem to have a solid grasp of the role or the team’s needs. This reflects poorly on Frontiers, as the first impression of the company is being shaped by individuals who seem to lack both decision-making clarity and professional courtesy.
