Frontiers interview questions

Applied online and was invited to an initial interview on Google Meet with HR within a few days to discuss motivations for applying, salary, future career aspirations. Received positive feedback the same day (Thurs) and was invited to the second interview with 3 journal managers for the following Monday. This lasted 1hr on Zoom to discuss the role in more detail, open access publishing, STAR type questions and also gave me a chance to ask questions. Was unsure how to answer a few of them but the managers helped me out. Overall, a very friendly and professional interview experience and I received an offer the following week. HR were excellent throughout the entire process.
