The job application began with an initial human resources screening, where my qualifications were assessed against the role requirements. Upon passing this stage, I was presented with a technical assignment, designed to evaluate my skills. I was allotted 72 hours to complete this comprehensive challenge, which demanded significant time and effort (I’m unclear about what specific qualities or experiences the team is looking for in candidates through the assignment).
Following the submission of my code, there was an interview process with engineers. They examined my solution, assessing factors such as code quality, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
Despite my best efforts and confidence in my submission, I was informed that I did not progress further in the hiring process.
