The worst interview process I've had yet - completely archaic and felt like I was applying for the position of CEO rather than for a Junior Project Manager.
There were 4 rounds - 2 of them were standard interviews, but then they also asked me to put together a business case presentation, which is very time-consuming (but kind of understandable), and complete this rock-hard aptitude test.
This aptitude test includes 3 parts - verbal communication (understanding of texts), maths and abstract reasoning. You can do a mock test first, which is so much easier than the actual test but gives you a sense. The issue with the l test is that you have around 1.30 minutes-2 minutes per question and seriously - these questions were complicated. The abstract reasoning, in particular, had no connection to the role itself. I don't understand how can someone's abilities be judged with this test - some brilliant candidates might not be able to answer within the timeframe but could be much more thorough in real-life situations, also what about dyslexic candidates? I'd recommend for any future candidates to seriously prepare for this test as it is luckily something that you can practice for a bit. Check some examples online, maybe purchase a study pack, watch Youtube videos but just make sure that you'll look at the most advanced practice questions available.
The issue with this interview process was also that they kept asking for my salary expectations but never told me what their actual bracket was.
