To apply must be done online through the careers gateway. Once you have applied, you will receive a confirmation email, and if you have been chosen as a possible candidate, will be given a phone call to set up an interview. It is you and 2 other people. Generally the HR specialist and and one of the head station managers. They sit you down and explain the responsibilities and benefits of the job then ask you a series of questions.
