FedEx Operations Manager interview questions

I had two interviews and they ask you a question about something you didnt like at a previous job and 3 BAR( Background, action, result) questions. They are looking for you to describe the scenario, the action you took, and the result of your action. Then ask you if you have any questions.

Very in depth, mostly situational questions, giving the interviewer a chance to give examples of how they handle different situations. If you do not have a example, discuss how you would handle it.
