Fastenal interview questions

Thirty minute interview with upper management. The usual interview questions were asked which were followed up with a tour around the facility. at the end of your interview you will undergo a drug screen and background check.

Very easy going. I felt over dressed. Questions are typical interview questions. Resume doesn't seem to matter all that much. I was hired within days. This is a fun place to work, as Average Joe is your customer. Training is great.
