Fastenal interview questions

Interview with District Manager to determine job eligibility and abilities. This interview was the most extensive and once I was referred to the second interview it meant that I was going to be hired. Second interview with the General manager (direct supervisor) who was gauging compatibility and whether qualifications matched the job.
