Fastenal interview questions

Very fast didn’t seem like they cared about the position. Asked the same questions repeatedly. Never fully said what all the position would be they didn’t seem to really know how to answer a lot of simple questions about the position. Seem to already know who they wanted to hire just wasting time.

Initial call from corporate HR asking why I believe I am a good fit for the job. Then I received a call to schedule a F2F interview. The interviewer went through a list of questions required by corporate.
