FDM Group interview questions

The interviewing process was clear and concise. You get assigned a person to walk you through the process. However, with my experience I had to wait s very long time for my job route to open up which ended in a back and forth situation for over 9 months.

Stage 1: You will be sent an assessment from Artic Shores where you have to solve puzzles. (To pass I recommend watching YouTube guides on how to beat them.) Stage 2: They will ask generic behavioural interview questions. I was asked; Introduce yourself, What is the biggest change that you had to adapt to?, Tell me about a time you came up with an original idea, Tell me about a situation where you had to achieve a long-term goal, What do you like about Change and Transformation. During the interview they will try to drill into your stories so make sure you have a solid grasp of the story you're telling. The most important thing to remember here is that they are looking for STAR format answers that are 1-3 minutes long. Stage 3: I failed this interview, They will ask technical questions about Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau. Study these technologies. Do not admit that you don't know or lack knowledge of any of these technologies. The interviewer will automatically end the interview. -The whole process took about 3 weeks
