FDM Group Account Manager interview questions

The interview process was excellent - they provided ample notice and time to prepare a presentation on client engagement handling and account growth strategies. Overall, it was a great experience. The team was friendly and approachable.

Started with a screening call. Afterwards they booked me for an interview. When I logged on for the interview, not only did the girl log in a few minutes late, but she informed me that she had to cut the interview short (15 minutes instead of 1 hour). There was supposed to be 2 interviewers however it was only the girl who showed up. I was understanding and we pushed the interview to Monday. Monday, she cut the interview short to 30 minutes and left the call unprofessionally. I was then left with the senior recruiter, who was not able to answer any of my questions. Total waste of time and major disrespect.
