This was my worst job interview experience ever. After the phone interview, I flew to UK from another country (at my own expenses) for the assessment day. Having already a master's degree at hand, I was given a pre-school questionnaire with elementary level math (multiplications, divisions, etc. on paper) and went through a 5-minute interview. That was it! A ridiculously superficial assessment. But the fun part came after. They rejected me and said that I lacked motivation. What? I came to UK from another country for the interview! I guess they didn't even look at my profile. When I asked for more constructive feedback, my message was ignored. This is a very unprofessional company with very low-quality assessment. I am glad I didn't end up as their trainee.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2014
