FDM Group interview questions

The interview process begins by you first submitting your resume via their online application form on their website. Afterwards, in a few days you receive a call from their account manager for a phone interview which is quite easy to pass. Afterwards one is invited for an FDM Assessment Day. On this day you take three tests. A general aptitude test, a math test and a set theory test. In addition, you also go through two interviews. One evaluates your interpersonal skills and the other your technical skills. A few days after they email you regarding the outcome of the assessment day.

Online submission of CV. Brief telephone interview. Assessment day: started late. individual skype interview with accounts manager in Hong Kong, and f2f interview with another man in the building. General questions about what i thought the role was, why FDM, and questions about myself. Both friendly, no opportunity to ask questions. Basic maths test, GCSE level. Presentation about FDM (they were unable to answer to majority of our questions). Lunch (not provided). Two one hour tests. Quick tour of the floor. Day seemed very unstructured, had to wait around a lot. Ended 2 hours later than we were told. Enjoyed meeting other candidates.
