2 calls one with manager and then with partner. They went one after the other and before them i had a call with the HR person. I think the process went smooth and had no issues or complaints
Straight forward. Process was not complicated. Overall process to offer took about a month. The interview itself felt like a conversation with colleagues, covering technical aspects as well as behavioural questions.

Interview with HR then Interview with user (manager). For staff level, usually only up to HR, if experienced hire, it requires interview from direct user (manager or senior manager). It goes like usual for HR interviews, while user interview goes with technical questions
