EY Audit Associate interview questions

The candidate is expected to navigate some tests, an interview and a final group assessment. This is necessary to ensure the process sieve out candidates that meets the job expectations.

During the milk rounds, there are two interviews, one with a manager followed by one with a Partner, coming out of college you are not meant to have alot of experience in the upcoming role. The interview is more to show that you have prepared for it and prepared answers to the basic competency questions.
