Upon submitting resume via the website, we are requested to finish a test to assess the personality fit. Once resume screening and personality test is completed, there will be a phone interview conducted by the HR personnel. If you manage to pass the interview with HR, you pretty much passed the interview. There will be a written test and a face to face interview with the manager or director that will be conducted in the office. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

It was difficult. There were 2ppl for interview. They asked random questions on academics. They asked me 2 questions , i answered one and didn't answer another. Overall i was rejected . They interview went in for 5 minutes only

It was a phone interview, she was nice. The probing was quite obvious as to what positions were available which was not in line with my ranking. My friend fit the position and was asked standards used in the position. Next day she got an assessment.
