3 stages. Interviewed during the pandemic period so all were done online.
1st stage: online assessment.
2nd stage: Interview with mid-tier management. This is to know more about you/ if you fit into the culture of their team etc. Elaborate about yourself and your internship. Prepare to be asked about your previous internship experience as this is where they will be doing fact-checking. Show them you have networked properly and your portfolio.
3rd stage: partner interview: this is more challenging as discussion on current affairs is touched upon too. Mine was touched on the covid economy and what is my take going forward.

The interview process was okay with one section to write about the solution of a particular case/ your opinion of the case. Interview duration is about 30 minutes. The interviewers were quite friendly and patience.

The interviewer was around 15 minutes late, and did not really seem focused or prepared. However, interviewer was generally nice, and shared about the audit knowledge needed for the role, which was helpful.
