EY An Audit Associate interview questions

Applied online on end of January 2017. Phone interview was on end of March 2017. Face to face interview with director was set 3 weeks after the phone interview. Phone interview was short. 10-15 minutes. I was asked to write a short essay with topic that I get to choose one out of three topics. This is 30 minutes prior to the interview session. Face to face interview was about 1 hour. Very laid back interview, almost like chatting with friends. I get to choose my industry during the interview. Offer of employment received about 2.5 weeks after the interview with commencement on 3rd of July 2017.
