I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY)
Interview
Believe every review that you see and hear about this company ghosting candidates. I went through approximately 5 rounds of interviews. I received phenomenal feedback after every single interview round and thought that I was building rapport with the hiring team. They have not replied to my request for a final round of interviews for weeks (they claimed they would get back after a week and have stopped answering my emails). They were also rather inflexible about the salary and working in the office every single day of the week (despite the fact that the role involves working with teams overseas and remote employees). Overall, I would not bother interviewing with this role (at least for this team. Other teams may be fine; it is a big corporation).
