Cognizant Associate Director interview questions

Majority of the time profiles are picked from consulting agency, sometimes senior profiles thru linkedIn. Profile will be process only after validating (quick background) on employee and employer. There will be 2-3 level, may be 4 for senior profiles. Interview will be only based on what you mentioned in your profile. Better you nego better salary and designation when you enter, because there wont be much change for next 2-3 years after you joined.

Was referred through a connection. The interview process involved visiting the office a couple of times. First one was a VC with a Director and the second one was in person with a Senior Manager and an Architect.
