Cognizant Associate Director interview questions

It was a 3 round interview. First was a technical round followed by a management round. And the last round was by an HR manager. The interview was conducted in a very cordial manner and my convenience and comfort was taken into account

Round 1 - hr, Round 2 - Sr Director - this was a fairly detailed telephonic discussion which lasted for an hour, Round 3 - AVP - in person interview
