Interview
Initial telephonic round in which all your technical skills were tested. Then there was a panel video discussion for over 2 hours and then an HR round. The questioning was in depth on all your technical skills and can be answered only if you had hands-on practical knowledge. The testing of the various concepts in both technical and management were asked.

Put forth the aspirations and expectations to the table for negotiations. Depending on the interview feedback and requirement demand, HR mostly agrees to it.
