Question 1
Name your favorite product and how would you improve it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Cisco (Glen Burnie, MD) in Nov 2018
Interview
I applied to the position online. After submitting my application, I received an email from a Cisco recruiter asking me to fill out a questionnaire. After I finished the questionnaire and submitted it back to the recruiter, the recruiter scheduled a Webex interview to meet with the project team. FYI, everything I have mentioned so far took place on the same day. The next stage was a WebEX interview with the project team (four individuals). This interview took place one week after applying for the position. The team was engaged during the entire interview. They put me at ease. I have not heard back from Cisco, but no matter what happens this has been a great experience for me.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco
Interview
Several in-person interviews and a few Webex interviews. They were all conversation-based interviews, very little "gotcha" questions. They sincerely wanted to know about me, my experience, and why I wanted to work with them.
