Capita interview questions

Interview process was not very helpful. Firstly I talked to this woma through zoom who told me the working hours which were completely wrong. secondly I had a guy ring me at random times of the day asking me random questions to start. I was supposed to start the 14th but got moved to the 21st, even after telling them I needed the money as soon as possible. The people in the job were extremely helpful and nice but the hiring team needs a major makeover.
