They were looking for technical people. Asked questions about my current work and expectations. Also there were questions on JEE technologies. It was followed by a HR round

Only one interview, interviewer knew next to nothing about the subject and was asking questions without a clue. The way it works is any senior professionals who are free on a weekend are selected to do the interview rounds without much regards to their talent.
