Capgemini Sr. Consultant interview questions

Campus interviews are for the Staff Consultant. Senior Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers are mostly recruited through network or through job postings. Consider yourself lucky if you find someone competitive.

Crappy Interview. I had to go through eight interviews 3 technical and other Managerial and HR. They were not able to decide which position or project should I be hired for. My first interview was postponed so many times, sometimes without even informing / updating me. After my second round of Interview I got a feedback that I need to brush up my skills however I am through to the second round. Later after joining I got to work with the same person who took my second round and I got to know that the person doesn't even know ABC of the technology he took my interview on
