It was an on campus summer internship recruitment process. The role was for an internship in the Risk and Analytics Centre of Excellence. 1st round was a GD on an abstract topic. 2nd round was an interview - questions were mainly on basics of statistics. Based on performance during internship, I got a pre-placement offer.

Interview
The HR department was really effective in their communication. The right message was sent and received by the Talent Acquisition team. The HR department and the Technical team were really supportive on arranging flexible interview timings and dates. The interview calls were pretty fast, as they do not waste time unnecessarily. I had three rounds of interview and the offer was released as soon as possible. The HR team is really helpful and supportive of a reasonable negotiation.
