Interview
The hiring process starts with submitting your resume. After that when accepted you will get a phone call in which capgemini expresses their interest in you, nothing special. This phone call will be followed by a formal letter in which they express their interest in you. This letter also contains an invite for an interview. The interview is pretty standard. They asks you about your work history, what your ambitions are and why you think you are the right person for the job. When this interview is going well they will immediately inform you that they want to proceed to the next stage of the hiring process. The final stage of the hiring procedure is a skill assessment and psychological review.

Interview
First round of interview was by HR . it was a short one , just checking out compensation requirements and location preference.Second round was technical for a particular project .If we are selected for that project then we have a skype interview with the corresponding capgemini's client for that project .If they are satisfied we are in. If not we might or might not have another interview for different project depending on requirement of the job we are applying for.

Initial communication from HR. First round of interview by hiring manager. Second round of interview with HR. Discussion on salary and designation. Third round of interview with senior manager. Fourth round again with hiring manager on designation, salary and joining dates. Finally, HR sent offer letter.
