Dual interview with branch manager and hiring manager, they asked a few questions about myself and explain the position role to see if I like it. Mainly about sales goal and working environment that some branch do not provide chair to seat on, working by standing by. Also some branch opens 7days a week and asked if it would be an issue.

some one works already in CIBC has refered me, so i recieved convocation of interview from the vice director of the branch. people interviewed me are quite nice, we have talked about something else before starting the interview, from this short conversation I have known that they what some one who can speak mandarin. It is a bilingue interview but they just asked me to present myself in english, and others questions were all asked in french.

I applied on line many times and finally i got a sudden call interview for almost half an hour and one week after they asked me for in person interview. It was not so warm. But it was standard questions
