I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CIBC
Interview
The phone interview was a very comfortable experience. The interviewer was very easy to talk to. It took about an hour discussing about past experiences and mainly about your goals. after the interview was told right away that she will be forwarding it to the branch manager or hiring manager to call for another interview. hoping to hear soon from them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2016
Interview
PROS: Interview was nice and in both languages (French and English). Interviewer was clear and explained the job description very well. Job didn't demand much skills but it was a part-time position. Salary included some commissions depending on performance.
CONS: I was suppose to hear back with a feedback but I never did.
