CIBC Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interview was behavioral. Persons from Branch were present, along with a representative from HR department. They wanted to know how i handled challenging situations with customers. Also if myself and a colleague had an issue with work that may impact on waiting customers what would i do?

I first dropped off my resume to the branch in person, the branch manager gave me a call few days later to apply for the posting on-line. I was called later to schedule an interview.
