First Round: chat bot case, and live case with behavioral questions. Live case: only two behavioral questions asked. People were nice, you had to lead case, but willing to help if stuck.

Question 1
What is a long term goal you have and how are you planning to achieve it.
CV Screening -> Online Chatbot Case -> Online Case via zoom -> Online Case via zoom.
Once you get past CV screening they provide access to CaseCoach which immensely helped. Most of the cases are related to Market/Profit/Cost analysis. If you're familiar with the case's industry it helps A LOT with understanding context & terminology, and being able to brainstorm logical solutions in a short time.
The video calls start with basic and expected fit questions around why this role and why BCG. Prepare a compelling answer and try to build rapport.

2 rounds, profit centric questions, first one on microfinance, second one on market sizing the profit of restaurants. Interviewer was nice. Before interviews, had to do a case assessment online test.
