Process required critical thinking and creativity. I had two in-person case interviews on site after my written application. A group of applicants was present, but all interviews were individual. Received an offer the same evening.

I submitted my application for their internship position, which included a resume, cover letter, as well as filling in their online form. The online form was abit antiquated with set selections which did not cover every option. At the end of the process they told me I was not successful. Upon requesting feedback, they did not respond.
