Interview
An interview is a conversation between two or more people, where one person (the interviewer) asks questions of another person or group of people (the interviewee) in order to gather information or assess their suitability for a particular role or position. Interviews can take many different forms, ranging from casual and unstructured to highly formal and structured. In a job interview, for example, the interviewer may ask questions about the interviewee's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the position being offered. The interviewer may also ask behavioral or situational questions to gauge the interviewee's ability to handle specific challenges or scenarios that may arise on the job. Interviews can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing technology. They may be conducted by a single interviewer or a panel of interviewers. In some cases, interviews may be conducted as part of a larger assessment process, which may include written tests, group activities, or other evaluation methods. The ultimate goal of an interview is to gather information about the interviewee and assess their suitability for a particular role or position. The interviewer will typically use the information gathered during the interview to make a hiring decision or provide feedback to the interviewee about their performance.

It was a long and intensive, but enjoyable process. At the beginning, you get assigned a buddy who will guide you personally along the process. First, there was a selection based on CV, motivation letter, and transcripts. Next, you are invited for a first round of interviews, which consists of one online case and two in-person case interviews. The second round consists of two in-person case interviews.
