I submitted my application for their internship position, which included a resume, cover letter, as well as filling in their online form. The online form was abit antiquated with set selections which did not cover every option. At the end of the process they told me I was not successful. Upon requesting feedback, they did not respond.

Positive and constructive. The process rewards preparation, but equally allows for individual candidates to demonstrate their qualities / be authentic with the interviewer. All in all was interesting from start to finish.
